THE BROMLEY CONTINGENT
The Bromley Contingent’s most recent play, written by Gemma Carmen in collaboration with the company, focuses on a group of school leavers in the last days of the summer before they go their separate ways. With some of the group ready to move on and others dreading change, friendships are inevitably put to the test.
Combining an intimate, honest and relatable reflection on the end of an era with a series of verbatim recollections of “the endless summer”, Glory Days asks the apparently simple but highly evocative question:
What did you do the summer you left school?
Glory Days played at the Space on the Mile from August 2-17 2013.
